Beautiful design, convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities, shuttle service.

Everything was spot on.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful by making sure I had everything I needed during my time there. One of my favorite things about my stay was the free shuttle service to and from the airport, making my travels much easier. the restaurant offered a great variety of food and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel was still under construction in some areas which caused some noise pollution during the day. the area surrounding the hotel had some unsightly rubble and waste scattered around, which was a bit of an eyesore.

We had a great stay at this luxurious four-star hotel. The location, right within the airport, was convenient and provided ease of access for our early flight. The free airport shuttle service was a bonus and made our travel hassle-free. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent room service and catering to our requests. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is located close to the airport which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, including local specialties that were delicious. The hotel facilities were brand new and well-maintained, especially the pool which was a great way to relax.

The extra charge for an extra bed was unexpected and a disappointment. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered it for free, especially for families traveling with children.

Some staff members have been seen to be impolite and unprofessional in their dealings with customers and tourists.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is really close to the airport and they provide free shuttle service which was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is impressive, everything was new and clean. We loved the facilities especially the swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices including Indonesian food like sweet babur.
